During her acceptance speech, the 26-year-old thanked Justin Timberlake for presenting her with the award, her fans for their support, and her girl squad, of course. But that wasn't the best part! Just before wrapping up, Taylor gave her boyfriend, Calvin Harris (real name Adam Richard Wiles), a sweet shout-out, saying, "I had the most amazing person to come home to when the spotlight and the crowds were all gone, so I want to thank my boyfriend Adam for that."
