The 20-year-old model and reality TV star arrived in the South of France this week, just in time to soak up the sun and glamour of the Cannes Film Festival. On Thursday, Kendall was spotted wearing all white for a Magnum Ice Cream photocall and was also seen enjoying the views from her hotel balcony with her mom, Kris. If her latest appearances are anything like her spin around Cannes last year, we're definitely in for a treat.
