The Billboard Music Awards are going down in Las Vegas on Sunday night, and in addition to some of our favorite celebrities making appearances (hello, Britney Spears!), some of Hollywood's cutest duos are also using it as a fun night out. Ciara, who is hosting the show with Ludacris, hit the red carpet with fiancé Russell Wilson, while Meghan Trainor brought her handsome brother, Ryan, as her date.
