No, your eyes were not deceiving you. Tons of stars hit the Oscars red carpet looking like they raided the wardrobes of your favorite Disney characters.

It was a really, really great night for Leonardo DiCaprio. Fresh off his triumphant first Oscar win and impactful acceptance speech, the actor stepped into the press room to field questions about his victory. Have you ever wondered if Leonardo's seen all those hilarious memes on the Internet? You know, everything from the tweets and the jokes to that video game that made its rounds this month. One journalist kind of asked if he's conscious of the craziness buried in the depths of the Internet. The best part is, Leonardo kind of admitted he's pretty much seen it all. Here's the journalist's question:

It's been such a long time coming, and it seems like the whole world was rooting for you. The Internet, fans, press . . . there was a WhiteHouse.gov petition to get you an Oscar. Are you conscious of how many people are supporting you? How does it feel to know that people care so much that you get this Oscar?

Here's what Leo said:

It all feels incredibly surreal. It's surreal because you can't reach out and physically meet everybody. You hear it on the Internet, you hear it from other people, and you know the truth is . . . you know, we always strive for the best in what we do. This year in particular I've been overwhelmed with such support. Really, truly, by so many fans and so many people in the industry. It's quite shocking, actually. What can I say, except that I'm really grateful? I really am.

After Sam Smith gave haunting peformance of "Writing's on the Wall," his Oscar-nominated song, the pop star's night got a whole lot sweeter. Sam also won the Oscar for the category, and gave a lovely acceptance speech about the LGBT community. But the pride didn't stop there - back in the press room, Sam was asked to elaborate on what it means to accept the award as an openly gay man. Read on to see what he said.

"It means the world to me. When I read the Ian McKellen piece, I was just bowled over by it. And, I wanted to take this opportunity to show how much I care about my community. In the past, in my career, people have said in the beginning that I didn't. And I just wanted to make it clear how much I truly do care about the LGBT community. At the same time, I'm just completely overwhelmed, I can barely even speak. I'm a little bit drunk as well."

Following Lady Gaga's emotionally charged performance of "Til It Happens to You" at the Oscars, Kesha took to Twitter to thank Lady Gaga, writing, "Thank u @ladygaga and VP @JoeBiden for bringing attention to sexual assault at the oscars. it hit very close to my heart for obvious reasons."

It's safe to say people were a little confused about what, exactly, was going on when Stacey Dash hit the stage at the Oscars. "It is my honor to introduce the new director of the minority outreach program," Chris Rock said. "Please welcome Stacey Dash!" With that, Stacey laughed as she made her way into the spotlight. "I cannot wait to help my people out," she said, adding, "Happy Black History Month!"

So what was that all about? Well, Stacey slammed the Oscars boycott back in January, saying, "We have to make up our minds. Either we want to have segregation or integration. If we don't want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like BET and the BET Awards and the [NAACP] Image Awards, where you're only awarded it you're black." She added, "If it were the other way around, we would be up in arms, it's a double standard. There shouldn't be a black history month. We're Americans. Period."

Soon after Stacey appeared at the Oscars, she tweeted a link to a blog post that explained her appearance. She wrote, "We need to stop complaining about white people oppressing us, we shouldn't boycott the Oscars, and we need to support Chris Rock the host." And as far as explaining where the joke came in, she said, "When they added ME to increase the diversity, I'm sure many black people rolled their eyes. I'm not 'black enough'" they say. But guess what? I've heard that all my life. I would rather be a free thinking, black than a cookie cutter black who thinks – and votes – just like all my friends."

Kerry Washington attended the Academy Awards on Sunday night and opened up about the #OscarsSoWhite controversy on the red carpet. While talking to Good Morning America's Robin Roberts on the red carpet, Kerry, who looked gorgeous in a black and white dress, spoke candidly about this year's lack of diversity, saying, "A lot of people have asked me why I'm here tonight, and the thing I'm thinking about is, if you look at the history of movements, the history of change, a lot of the voices are needed at the table. I really respect and actually admire some of the people who are not here tonight, I really get it, but for me, I felt like my voice - in my heart - my voice is best used at the table."
