Rihanna floated down the Brit Awards red carpet in London on Wednesday, where the Barbadian beauty totally and completely stunned. Fresh off of the release of her and Drake's sexy new music video for "Work" and celebrating her 28th birthday, she donned a dress made out of what looks like gorgeous, lilac-colored coffee filters as she struck pose after pose and flashed a bright smile for photographers.
