LILY Allen’s “terrifying” stalker Alex Gray has been sectioned by a London judge. The 31 year old Perth man was given an indeterminate hospital order and restraining order for harassment and burglary by Harrow Crown Court Judge Martyn Barklem, reports The Telegraph.
