THIS Morning went all out today for the Queen's 90th birthday.  There was a huge customised flag outside the studio, Ferne McCann jumped out of an airplane, and er, Rylan Clark-Neal burst out a birthday cake. Yes, you heard right.  During a promotion to win £250,000, the TV presenter (who missed his cue) panicked and jumped out of a three-tier paper cake with Get Royally Rich written on it.  However, during the stunt, poor old Rylan ended ...
