From lazy days at the beach to barbecue pool parties, this warmer time of year is all about enjoying the outdoors - preferably in a gorgeous swimsuit. And if you're feeling the added desire to break a sweat before you show off your chiseled abs in a bikini by the water à la Adriana Lima, we have a fast and easy fitness solution for you, courtesy of Puerto Rican personal trainer Idalis Velazquez.

We recently spoke to the fitness guru - who is currently working in partnership with Unilever on its empowering #100PorCientoTu campaign - about a quick, anytime workout everyone can do to stay healthy, flexible, and toned. She recommends that you do 10-20 reps of each of the following five exercises with little to no rest in between. When you've made it through one round (you've got this!), take a 60-second break and push through it all again three to six times.
