CORONATION Street aired its most heartbreaking scene last night, with the tragic death of Kylie Platt.  While actors Paula Lane and Jack P Shepherd were forced to stay serious for filming the dramatic scene, it seems they didn't have much self control.  Behind the scenes snaps from the show reveal Paula and Jack relaxing on the cobbles while filming the climactic end.  One picture shared by Jack shows the on-screen couple laughing while on the floor.  Viewers ...
